FileMaker Pro 8 Upgrade from FileMaker Pro 6-7 Win/Mac Review

I have experienced with relational databases for some time and I used Microsoft Access and FileMaker. It is without doubt the most simple and intuitive FileMaker consistent of the two products. I'm not a programmer, but only a user who likes to spread the leaves and develop databases, such as the need arises. Microsoft Access may have more advanced features, things I've probably never used, and vice versa, is much more difficult to navigate and not souser from someone who is not a programmer.
The beauty of File Maker Pro is that in about 2 hours of sitting and passing through the help files, it can be literally up and running in the rudimentary aspects of records in a relational database, and you can have fantastic, professional – interfaces and reports for your records. I did an upgrade from version 7 and are enthusiastic about the new calendar pull-down menu and the creation of PDF documents in the program andSending e-mail. It also has some new tools that allow the import and export data and to create better forms and reports. If you are a database of users, the cost of 7-8 upgrade can not be useful depending on the experience to do. I like keeping all my software updated, so if I have a question on a regular basis then I am currently staying with the latest version – this is my motto. People need to find in a relational database application, and mustquick, effective tool for the support they need to look further.

About time – Charles W. Crover –
So happy to finally be able to email for a specific record using the function PDF. 6 years the waiting time. Now the program has everything I need it. Amazing that I wrote my programs with no training skills to all.
